[petdesign] Oil-Bunni
Oil Bunnies are a small, colorful creature that often can be found in shallow reefs or in freshwater mangroves. These creatures are extremely colorful. The males are, more often than not, more vibrant and have complex patterns compared to the females. In terms of size, males are also usually larger than the females.
The fins along their spine and tail are a thin, have a gelatin-like feel to them, and act as fins to guide the oil-bunni if it becomes unstuck from whatever rock/ piece of coral it was holding onto for dear life. Their tail is also meant for guiding them back to safety when the creature is not latched onto something.
Their main feature is the colorful, translucent, irdiescent oil they secrete through their skin. It coats their entire body, giving them a shimmering effect. But, this oil also acts as a natural waterproof liquid, as it is used to keep the oil-bunni's fur from weighing them down when in water.
(I'll come edit this later whenever I have time, there's more. This is my first time doing this, my apologies if I did anything wrong.)
