♢ Symprites are a closed species and can only be made with a MYO ticket! ♢
This is the official MYO guide for Symprites.
You can find more info on the Symprite species HERE.
More lore on the species itself will be coming soon, but we have covered everything needed for designing a MYO here!
Symprite MYO tickets come in 3 different rarities: Common, Uncommon, Rare.
>> The ticket rarity restricts which subtypes (not traits) of Symprites you can make with it as seen above. <<
♢
Symprite MYO tickets are not resellable (unless specifically stated), but can be traded or gifted. However once the MYO ticket has been used to make a Symprite, you can fully sell, trade and gift according to the Sales Rules!
Hybrids are NOT available to be made with a MYO ticket.
♢
Every MYO ticket (no matter the rarity) comes with the following to get you started:
♢ Default traits as detailed below ♢
♢ Up to 3 free traits total from the SILVER category ♢
You don't need to use all 3 free traits, and more traits can be added to the MYO ticket design by applying trait potions when submitting your design. More info on trait potions can be found further down in this guide.
When designing a symprite make sure they have +5 identifiable markings on their design (Gradient, pattern, different colors, etc) we no longer accept designs that are visually too "simple" or "basic" to avoid complaints in the long run, be aware that we can send designs back for being too empty.
>> List of Default Traits here <<
Default Traits are the traits most commonly found in the Symprite species that work like a blank template or base for a Symprite when designing. They are mandatory if not choosing another trait that would replace it.
For replacement example: 'Casual Ears' is a default trait that would be replaced by 'Bat Ears' which is a silver trait
For addition example: 'Oversized Ears' is a gold trait that can be used in combination with other ear traits such as 'Casual Ears'
Different subtypes also have different Default Traits that are REQUIRED and unique to them.
These traits are free and mandatory, and can also been seen in the Default trait list linked above.
For example: A Swamp Symprite must have the 'Plant Decor' and 'Webbed Paws' traits
>> List of Potions here <<
Extra traits can be applied to your MYO ticket design by using trait potions!
These can be purchased with site currency at the Trait Merchant Shop, or sometimes given out as prizes for completing prompts and participating in events.
The rarity of the potion matches the rarity of the traits that it can be used for, with the exception of the Heritage, Ethereal and Restricted traits which require its own potion.

You can also find a visual comparison guide for all of the Symprite traits HERE in a more side-by-side format to compare traits.
Symprites are bright and colorful creatures! Very dark values are restricted to the Abyss subtype only! This doesn't mean you can't make a darkly colored Symprite, as there are plenty of darker colors that are still above the minimum value level, so we have made a quick guide that needs to be followed when using darker values on any other subtype.
A non-Abyss Symprite cannot have more than 30% of its body covered with a dark value, with the darkest values possible displayed in the image below (black 25%).
If 30% of your Symprite's body is covered with dark values ranging from the minimum 25% to 30%, the rest of the values on the Symprite MUST BE ABOVE 30%.
Anything darker than THE BASE VALUE OF 25% IS NOT allowed for non-Abyss Symprites.
PLEASE USE THE COLOR BAR BELLOW FOR ACCEPTABLE COLORS WITH THE CORRECT VALUE:
Dark Underbiote (Crystal subtype), Dark Sclera, Imp heritage wings.
This rule applies to ANYTHING ELSE!
hair, shading, fur, must all follow the 25% value rule, this is why it's best to NOT overshade a MASTERLIST image!
♢ Aramelles are a closed species and can only be made with a MYO ticket! ♢
This is the official MYO guide for Aramelles.
You can find more info on the Aramelle species HERE.
Aramelle MYO tickets come in 2 different rarities: Common, Uncommon.
>> The ticket rarity only restricts which subtypes (not traits) of Aramelles you can make with it as seen above. <<
♢

Both Symprites and Aramelles can be redesigned or rebased once per month!
If you would like to revert your Symprite or Aramelle to the original design, you can do so freely. Please leave a comment on Lark site profile or post in #admin-ask in the Discord server to have this done for you instead of submitting a redesign request!
When redesigning a Symprite or Aramelle you must keep the ORIGINAL design in mind.
Colors and patterns must stay fairly similar where you would be able to still recognize the Symprite or Aramelle it originated from.
Traits can be freely changed/swapped on a Symprite or Aramelle when redesigning as long as you have all the required potions to apply the new traits and follow the rules below. Traits HAVE to be visible on the ML image to be applied.
When adding a new trait you will need to apply a trait potion that corresponds to the rarity of the trait you want to apply.
For example: If you want to add 'Glowing Pupils' which is a gold trait, you would need a Gold Trait Potion
♢
When changing traits across rarities (or for traits that have a separate potion like the heritage and ethereal traits) you need to apply a new trait potion that corresponds to the rarity of the trait you want to apply. This rule also applies if you want to change a default trait into another rarity.
For example: If your Symprite currently has 'Moo Horns' which is a silver trait and you want to change it to have 'Angel Horns' which is a diamond trait, you would need a diamond Trait Potion
♢
This is the same either if you are upgrading to a higher rarity or downgrading to a lower one.
For example: If your Symprite currently has 'Extra Long Biote' which is a diamond trait and you want to change it to have 'Bobtail' which is a silver trait, you would need a Silver Trait Potion
When adding/exchanging a new trait of the same rarity of one you are removing you do NOT need a new trait potion, even if they are not within the same category (eyes, ears, etc), unless they have their own separate potion (like the heritage and ethereal traits).
For example: If you want to add 'Glowing Pupils' but you want to remove 'Pancake Fins' which are both gold traits, you do NOT need a Gold Trait Potion
♢
This is the same if you are downgrading from another rarity back to default since default traits do not require a potion to use naturally.
For example: If your Symprite currently has 'Spadetail' which is a gold trait and you want to remove it and just have the 'Basic Biote' which is a default trait, you do NOT need a potion
Design edits that do NOT require a potion or item:
- Changing body shape or build
- Amputating limbs or adding scars
- Changing hair style and/or color
- Age changes such as bappy to adult or vice versa
Please note: If a Symprite is aged down to a child or minor (20 years old in Symprite years) all NSFW art MUST be removed/hidden/deleted from their page and Toyhou.se!!
Ignoring this rule will result in a ban.
First step is to navigate to the profile of the MYO ticket you will be using (can be found in your user profile sidebar) and choose 'SUBMIT MYO DESIGN' from the sidebar. From there you will hit the 'Create Request' button to initiate the process. You can back out and come back to it at any time as it will save your progress.
Next you will be directed to the STATUS tab with tabs at the top. You need click through and complete each tab until they all have green circles. Be sure to hit SAVE on each tab before moving on to the next one.
♢
Here is a breakdown of the tabs:
STATUS: This page can be used to check the status of your MYO design during the process.
COMMENTS: This page will be used for you to list both the free traits (ones you will not be redeeming a potion for) and the traits attached to potions being applied to your MYO design. Please see the MYO guide above for which free traits you have access to. You can also add your Discord or other contact info here if you prefer not to be messaged through the site if the moderators have questions.
MASTERLIST IMAGE: This page is where you upload the image that will be used on the ML. Please make sure to upload a transparent image. You can ask a mod to help you if needed. Don't forget to list the artist and designer here as well, and you can click the little + sign to add multiple.
ADD-ONS: This page is the one displayed in the image above. Here you will select the trait potions and/or items that will be redeemed and applied to your design. You can filter your Inventory to find the items easier, and you can change the quantity if redeeming more than one of the same potion.
TRAITS: This page is where you will select your Symprite/Aramelle's subtype and attach the traits you are applying. You can ask a moderator to help you make a list of traits for you to select here based off of your potions and design.
♢
Once all tabs have a green circle, navigate back to the STATUS tab (which should now have a checkmark) and click the 'Submit Request' button and it will send it off to the moderators for review. You will not be able to edit your request once submitted so please double check everything before submitting!
TA-DA you're done!! Now it is the waiting game for the moderators to review your design. It typically takes 2-5 days for a myo design to be reviewed unless we have a large volume. When things are backed up a little we will be sure to post an update in the Discord server! ♡
We will only accept redesign requests once per month per character!
If you have multiple Symprites and/or Aramelles they can each get a redesign submitted, but one character can only be redesigned once before having to wait for the next opening. These rules are to better manage workloads for the mods by preventing constant iterations of redesigns from being submitted and to hold more weight to the action.
First step is to navigate to the profile of the Symprite or Aramelle you will be redesigning and choose 'UPDATE DESIGN' from the sidebar. From there you will hit the 'Create Request' button to initiate the process. You can back out and come back to it at any time as it will save your progress.
FROM HERE THE PROCESS IS IDENTICAL TO THE MYO TICKET SUBMISSION PROCESS SO I REUSED THE SCREENSHOTS.
