[petdesign] Flotter

A small creature often paired with fishermen to hunt seafood. They have a inflatable buoyant dewlap that lets them float. They deflate it to dive deeper into the water depths. They are resourceful, using tools and their strong  tail as a extra limb to get what they want.  While they can be stubborn  and difficult to train, it is a worthwhile investment as they are helpful little fellas. 
They are best kept in pairs, they can been seen interlocking their tails while relaxing.
