[journal] A day with my Byun!

Today felt wonderful for an outing. With my new found friend, Amora, We ventured outside to gather more berries and seafood. (Amora really love fishes, shrimps and seaweed)

It’s amazing how friendly the creature is even though she came from the wild. It’s a bit of a mystery in itself. Maybe she once had an owner before me? Hmm, that’s something to think about later.

We went hunting near a pond and I made a net to catch some fishes! Sadly, not a lot of them are big enough to eat. They’re the size of my nose, so I let them go. I was able to catch some with the help of Amora too. She caught some in her mouth with a giant grin. Guess someone was able to eat something good tonight, haha. I gathered some seaweed and headed back home to make a small lunch for the both of us.

Some fish slices wrapped in crunchy seaweed for my little Byun friend and a plate of juicy seagrapes for me. Mmm, it’s juicy and a bit salty. I like the taste of it! After finishing that off, I went out and gathered some colored stones. Little Byun was curious about what I’m up to and also followed me outside.

These colored stones could be used for arts and crafts! We could both do something fun with it together to pass the time at night or when I’m too lazy to go outside. There are clear stones and light rainbow ones. Something that I’ve never seen before. I put those in my basket before getting some pretty flowers and leaves.

It’s soon night time and all the stuff we gathered was laid down on the floor. Amora sniffed the materials and got a flower on her nose. It’s so adorable! Aww. The tiny stones after sticking them on a wooden picture frame look so pretty and sparkly. Maybe afterwards we should get someone to paint Amora and I together to commemorate her stay. Amora also made something with the flowers too. There’s glue all over her face and paws, but she looks really proud of her work.

She made a flower drawing out of…well, flowers! It looks a little more like a bunch of flowers mushed together, but she’s trying her best. I placed the art on the wall next to Amora’s bed, so she’ll be able to look at her first masterpiece everyday, hehe.
