Every sun may set, but so long as we remember – life goes on.

This grain grows plentifully on the arid plains bordering Capricorn-13’s deserts, thriving wherever the air begins to dry. When the sun sets, the light that passes through its dry, thin fronds amplifies its colours, causing it to seem ablaze as it gently sways with the winds.

During the annual Remembrance Festival, it is customary to leave offerings and float flowers to honor those who have been lost. When Spiritlight leaves are burned as incense or as part of a candle, the flames shine vibrantly, burning with fervor and life. This makes them a popular pick, as many take comfort in the symbolism of the name – that the light of one’s spirit is never truly lost.
