These decorative sticks are painted by Aramelles during the Moonchill Festival to represent the fish-shaped dagger used by the famous Aramelle Eira during the revolt against the Sovereign Queen long ago. Eira was a symbol of freedom so what began as honoring her memory has faded over time and turned into a more silly tradition for aras and mielles!

Any type of fish both real and imagined are used for inspiration by Aramelles and they tend to hunt for rare paint colors to really make theirs stand out from others in friendly competition. Mielles especially love using these painted sticks to play fight together in 're-enactments' of the great battles of story.

THIS ITEM IS Available to craft all year round

While they are also prized among collectors, Aramelles commonly use these decorative eggs to keep their unhatched mielle pearls safe. The Moonchill Festival is a common time for Aramelles to craft their precious faberge eggs as the rare black pincta oyster pearls harvested during the Lunisolar Festival are refined, hollowed out and used to make the inner lining of the eggs for both warmth and protection.

Egg designs normally reflect the adoptive parent(s) colors, with many decorations relating to their hifstory, region they live in, favourite things, etc! They take a lot of time and much pride while crafting their egg, and they are traditionally passed down as heirlooms though not always used for more than the mielle it was originally crafted for.
