These elusive fish have shining gem-like structures along their backs which are made from a mixture of natural minerals and are used to attract mates.
These radiant fish are known to perform intricate courtship dances using their gems not only to dazzle potential suitors but also to ward off predators by blinding them with flashes of brilliance.
They often attract the eyes of Symprites and Aramelles too,
Catching one is nearly impossible because of their speed, but it's definitely worth the effort!
